No replacements or refunds on freebies.    By ordering with us, you acknowledge that you are 18 or older and agree to our terms of service. We cannot be held liable for any injury or condition related to a tarantula bite or urticating hairs. It is your responsibility to understand the state laws in your area. By ordering from us, you assume all responsibility for possessing, owning, and receiving tarantulas.

How We Measure Spiders: Spiders are measured diagonally from left front “foot” to right rear “foot”, while stretched. If a spider is listed at 1”, this means the spider is 1” long diagonally. The body size greatly depends on the species. For example a 1” Cyriocosmus species would look bigger than a 1” Avicularia species. If you ever feel our measurements are incorrect, please contact us so we can correct the listing. Please keep in mind that spiders often scrunch up during shipping and might look smaller until it is comfortable enough to relax and stretch its legs.
